Did I mean Gaterade?.... No, it's called Daterade! I mix 2 c. filtered water and 5-7 dates (remember to remove pits). Into the blender they go until smooth and frothy. You can use more or less dates depending on your taste or your mood that day. Sometimes, I want more of a milkshake feel to it, so I use 8 dates, sometimes I just want a bit of flavor in my water, so I add only a few.
