These were my very first batch of Nori Rolls. They were made RAW**, so no rice and I used RAW seaweed.
**If you want RAW rolls, you need to make sure you get the black seaweed, since the heating process makes Nori seaweed turn green.
I used blended celery root for the rice. It is the tannish item in the bowl.
...and here it is spread across the entire wrap, leaving an edge around each side.
Then layer on your filling, in strips across the entire wrap. I have also seen it with just items in the center.
You can use just about anything you want for the filling, just cut it up into strips.
Then roll it up and slice it.
