Yummy Vegan Pizze and yes RAW!
The crust is dehydrated, made with celery and carrots. And cheeze is made from nuts. Recipes follow.
Toppings are just pineapple and tomatoes.

Pizza Crust:
3-4 Stalks of Celery
2-3 Carrots
2-3 Green Onions or Shallots
1-2 Garlic Clove
1-2 Big Tomatoes
Add to food processor to blend, but still a bit chunky. Then add:
2 C. Flax Meal
1/2 t. Himalayan Salt
Add water as needed to help it get mixed throughly. Then spread out on a non-stick sheet and dehydrate for 3-4 hours or until set. Then flip over for another 3-4 hours until done.

Cashew Cheez:
2 C. Cashews (soak them 2 hrs)
1-2 Green Onions or Shallots
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 -1 Garlic Clove
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Sometimes we put the cheeze on the completed crust and put it back in the dehydrator for an hour or two before topping it.
