I used packaged Tempeh and steamed it just a bit- to soften it up.
Then I added:
1/4 c. Taco Seasoning
1/4 c. Water
Wrapped it all up in a whole wheat tortilla with some spinach and kale.
Flash steamed a bit of asparagus and Voila, a meal in under 5 minutes - nothing to it and super nutritious!!
