One of my favorite breakfast smoothies is made with juicy watermelon. I blend up some pieces with some rind, which is what has that wonderful chlorophyll, so the greener the better...and enjoy!
My daughter loves it as is. My son, prefers that I strain some of the pulp out. But they both say it is delicious! Now go try it and let me know what you think.
