MASON JAR MEALS

So recently I have started making more MASON JAR MEALS.  They are super easy to make, last a lot longer than traditional salads and are handy for everyone to grab and eat or grab and go.
**NOTE : Greens can be anything you want them to be.  Spinach, Bok Choy, Romaine, Green Leaf, Red Leaf, or whatever you prefer for your "lettuce."

Here is an Asian Salad. From bottom to top.
Asian Dressing
(Rice Wine Vinegar, Coconut Aminos & Olive Oil)
Edamame
Cubed Cucumbers
Sliced Tomatoes
Snap Peas
Mandarin Oranges
Shredded Carrots
Sprouts

 Mexi-Salad
Quinoa
Black Beans
Mango Salsa (Mangos, Red Onion, Tomatoes)

Sprouts

This photo shows 5 varieties -
Spicy Quinoa Salad, Beet Salad, Asian Salad, Orange-Pecan Salad
& Mexi-Mango Salad
(recipes listed below)

Ingredients are listed below for the 5 salads.  But you can put just about anything into these salads and they are delicious.  Just keep in mind, that the greens need to be on top, away from any other "wet" ingredients.  Enjoy!
