Ingredients:
2 Bananas
1 C. Quick Oats*
A handful of Chocolate Chips
Any additional fixins you wants
*It said to use quick oats, so I popped some old fashioned oats into the Vita-Mix and pulsed it a bit, until the oats were a bit smaller before we got started.
Before and After pulsing the Oats
Then I dumped them into a bowl and continue to mix them up. I added about handful of the old fashioned oats just to get a few bigger chunks in there. Then I threw in a handful or so of chocolate chips.
Add a spoonful of dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and then bake them for 15 minutes at 350F. They don't flatten out, so how you put them in, is how they come out.
YUMMY!! Enjoy!

***UPDATE***
I whipped some of these up this morning and added some Cacao Powder (you can also use Cocoa Powder) and they were as good as the original with a bunch of chocolatey goodness.
I made these this morning! I threw in some flax and pb. Thanks they are great :)
ReplyDeleteThat's sound yummy, I will have to try that. We made these yesterday without the chocolate chips, since we were out. Instead, we added some nuts and they were gone as soon as they had time to cool down. ;)
ReplyDeleteLove how simple this sounds!
ReplyDeleteYum! I love that these look both delicious and easy!!
ReplyDeleteYummy!
ReplyDeleteThanks - super easy and yummy - can't beat that! ;)
