Crock Pot Peach Cobbler



Want a quick easy peach dessert tonight?  You found it!  


Crock Pot Peach Cobbler
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Flour
2/3 C Oats
2 t Cinnamon

2 Cans of Peaches, drained
1/4 C Butter stick, sliced, plus extra

Butter your cold crock, then add your peaches.  Combine all dry ingredients well.  Add about half of the dry mixture to the crock and mix it up with the peaches.  Add the remaining dry mix to the top of the peaches, then add slices/pats of butter to the top.  Cover and cook for about 3-4 hours.  

*If you want a really crunchy topping, put the crock in the oven at 450F for 5-10 minutes before serving.

    1. yes, it is vegan, her son is allergic to dairy and eggs. she uses vegan butter and vegan milk in all her recipes.
