GF Brownies
Ingredients:
1 1/4 C. Applesauce
1 1/3 C. Brown Rice Flour
1 C. Cocoa/Cacao Powder
1 3/4 C. Palm sugar or similar
2 mashed bananas
2 t. Vanilla
1/4 t. Salt
1 t. espresso (optional)
Vegan Chocolate Chips for sprinkling
Vegan Butter - for pans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease your pans*. Combine all ingredients well, except chocolate chips in a bowl. Don't over mix. Sprinkle chocolate chips in prepared pans. Pour batter into pans. Sprinkle more chips on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Let it cool completely and cut into squares.
* I used a 12x8 AND a 12x6 pan.
