Skillet Ravioli
This is super easy to make and takes hardly any time. You can use either already prepared ravioli or better yet, make it yourself. I have yet to make any that are worthy of posting here, but I am still working at it. If you have an easy ravioli recipe, let me know.
We get these Rising Moon Organics - Ravioli, they are in the freezer section. You can either cook them from frozen, or thaw them in the fridge.
Simply put them in a skillet. I used oil a few times, but it is not necessary at all. Just put your skillet on low heat and let them heat up and then flip them over when they are brown on one side. When they are browned on both sides, you're done.I make these for school lunches and keep them in the fridge. Or they are quick and easy snack. They are usually gone by the next day, so I am not sure how long they actually keep in the fridge.
Are the ravioli precooked or just dough when you put them in?
