We had an over abundance of bananas last week and some got too mushy, so this morning we made our easy, no-fail, banana bread, but instead of a loaf, I put them in muffin liners and they are easy take-along banana bread bites.
YUM-O!!
Good thing I snapped this pic, since they were all gone just about
the time, they were cooled down.
