So so easy!! I used some rice I had already previously prepared here. Then just added the seasonings and veggies and 3 hours later the crock pot served us up some goodness.
VEGAN Fried Rice
2 C Cooked Rice
1 C vegetable broth
1 C carrots, chopped
1 C frozen peas
salt to taste
seasonings of your choice
Sauce
Sauce:
1/4 c soy sauce (or aminos)
1 T dark sesame oil
2 T olive oil
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
this looks yummy! was the crock pot on high or low?
