VEGAN Pancakes II

If you loved VEGAN Pancakes I, then you will die for these VEGAN Pancakes II.  This was his next attempt at pancakes.  Super easy, and so tasty.....MMMMM!!!



Vegan Pancakes II
1 1/4 C Flour
2 t Baking powder
3 T Sugar (we use palm sugar)
1/2 t Salt

1  1/4 C Buttermilk {add 1-2 T vinegar to vegan milk and set aside for about 5 min}
2 T Oil
1 Banana smashed

In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.  In a separate bowl, mash up your banana and add your oil and buttermilk and mix well.  Add your flour mixture to your banana mixture and pour onto a heated griddle or pan.  Flip and enjoy!
