DeleteThis is so cool! I love crockpot cooking. We're not vegan, but I think just changing up a few meals can broaden a kid's horizon and help mom and dad be healthier so I will enjoy seeing your recipes.
ReplyDeleteThanks. It is always nice to have some variety in your life. ;)
DeleteCan this be frozen after its cooked?
ReplyDeleteI don't see why not. :)
DeleteMust try this! I have never had a real sloppy joe so wont be able to compare to anything but this just sounds delightful. and I am sure my baked bean addicted kids will LOVE this. No canned lentils but I am sure this would work just fine in a crock pot with dried ones.
ReplyDeleteI have never tried black lentils. For my chili I usually crumble chickpeas as my burger base. I wonder if these would give a more meatier taste?
