    My vegan kiddo recently discovered a new breakfast food she loves: breakfast fruit pizzas from the Kidlicious cookbook [http://vegbooks.org/index.php/2013/06/02/kidlicious-fun-healthy-recipes-that-kids-love/]. Basically, they're toasted English muffins slathered with a vegan cream cheese mixed with jam and topped with sliced peaches and coconut flakes - yum!

  2. Honey is NOT vegan! Maybe you could substitute maple or golden syrup in you Banana Rollup....

    1. That is really open to interpretation whether honey is/is not vegan. Use what ever sweetner you wish. ;)

    2. It's not open to interpretation- honey is an animal product, it's not vegan. Use it if you like, but saying it's "open to interpretation" doesn't make much sense.
